The problem
Revibe wins couples on energy and trust, but ran on an aging template site and a scatter of email threads, manual quotes, and paper contracts. Inquiries went cold, and nothing tied that first message to a signed contract and a paid deposit.
Our approach
We designed and built the whole thing — a bold, dark editorial site that matches their sound, and the system behind it: a no-code CMS they run themselves, a leads CRM with a visual booking pipeline, branded proposals couples e-sign online, and Stripe deposits, with email firing automatically at every step. One place, from first inquiry to signed contract to paid booking. Design and the backend that runs it, under one roof.
The outcome
Revibe now runs every booking from one dashboard — couples inquire, get a proposal, e-sign, and pay a deposit without a single back-and-forth email thread. A polished site and the back office behind it, designed, built, and handed to them to operate. Built in under a month.
